At Past Knife, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our restored Japanese knives.

However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The knife must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Once the return is approved, we will process a refund or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Contact us at support@pastknife.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

  • Knives that have been used, damaged, or modified.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Send clear photos of the damage along with your order number.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation but may be returned following our standard return policy.
